Job Title: Reservations & Ticketing Specialist
Location: Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservations & Ticketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations and ticketing processes for our valued clients. Your primary duties will include:
– Assisting clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements.
– Providing expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodation options.
– Processing ticket reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
– Ensuring compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and regulations.
– Resolving any issues or concerns related to reservations and ticketing in a timely manner.
– Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and ticketing procedures.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
– Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
